
All our cake and specialty cakes and fillings are made fresh from scratch, from the finest ingredients; pure butter, Tahitian Vanilla, fine liquors & extracts, fresh fruit purees, preserves, imported spices and reductions, and Swiss chocolate & fondant. Our specialty cakes can have up to three layers of cake and two layers of filling. All cakes and specialty cakes are finished in whipped buttercream. Mousselines are mixtures of Swiss buttercream and fresh fruit purees, liquors, coffee reductions, citrus curds, or nut pastes, and have a light, creamy texture. Whipped buttercream is a combination of sugar, egg whites, pure butter, and natural extracts and liquors. Ganache is a dense mixture of chocolate and cream, and has a bold, rich flavor. Your cake can be made all out of one cake flavor and complementary fillings.
